OUTSOURCING Jobs?

Every company that outsources has extensively and expensively justified their decision to their stakeholders. Quite often they are correct or logical. Their two most common justifications are: 1) profits/cashflow/shareholder concerns; 2) Can’t find qualified candidates.

We’ve found that investing in our sources of success creates the resources we need. We invest in Staff, Customers and our Community. Insourcing is our key to success.

STAFF: We find creative, dynamic, engaging personalities with strong skills in writing, speaking and applications’ software. And we offer them generous benefits including above-average salary and benefits, comfortable and flexible work schedule, and incentives for delivering efficient and creative solutions.

CUSTOMERS: We invest in our customers by offering personal service, answering phones live, and offering additional resources to insure our customers’ success. These include: full range of web and audio conference services, webinars, columns on computer security, business experts, discounted long-distance, sponsored attendance at events like A Day with Seth Godin and more.

COMMUNITY: We donate to schools and education funds to insure a steady supply of well-educated, creative and motivated people with the flexibility to handle the needs of a dynamic industry.

You reap what you sow. We invest in the sources of our success. Insourcing is the key to our success.
