A simple way to impress a client

Send 'em a hand-written 'thank-you' note. I've received several recently. It's very...what... touching, impressive, eye-catching, thoughtful, original; it communicates personal attention; it shows you matter which translates to flattery. And 'vanity thy name is [the human race, all of us]'.

AND, (Andy) if you write legibly it's even more meaningful....

It's the simple things now that impress customers:

hand-written notes of appreciation

prompt responses

accurate quotes

timely and appropriate follow-up

calls answered quickly

emails answered quickly

Anyone can create a flashy website or ad campaign. Customers know that. Where you stand out is making your customer and their needs the most important resource...not your website.
