Matt's a practicing attorney, author of The NonBillable Hour blog and (drum roll) co-founder, along with Dennis Kennedy and Sherry Fowler, of LexThink. 

LexThink was a day-long event to design the perfect professional services firm. Matt and his cohorts, Dennis Kennedy and Sherry Fowler, conceived and brilliantly executed this day by bringing together a group of very smart, accomplished, articulate and passionate group of out-of-the-box thinkers to design the perfect professional services firm.

From my experience of the day, I'd say it was a success!
