You times 1000

That's what all small businesses need, isn't it? A way to multiply resources (including cash and revenues) by 1000. Steve Rucinski at Small Business CEO blog, may have a solution: Promoterz.

You times 1000.

What you need is a tool that allows you to keep your finger on the pulse of customer loyalty no matter how many customers you have. You need a tool that enables you to communicate directly and personally with customers without spending an arm and a leg on advertising. You need a tool that empowers happy customers to spread the word quickly and a tool that lets you be the first to know if a customer is not happy. You need a tool that multiplies your natural abilities by at least 1,000 times.

He points you to Promoterz. Interesting service. I liked it. I REALLY liked their video. For a small company, getting started, running fast and being completely dedicatd to their customers' immediate needs...this is the tool, I think. It incorporates the power of Fred Reichheld's Net Promoter Score and The Ultimate Question with a standardized, but flexible, program to stay in touch with your customers, follow-up, generate reports, extend special offers, etc.

Were we not the control-freaks, neurotics, that we are as a company, and had we found this 3 years ago...we'd use this service.  There's something to be said for a learning curve. On the other hand, there's something to be said for skipping it and going past go and collecting that $200. And Promoterz ....they're on to something I think.
