What's good customer service worth?

Gotta be in the trillions, right?  - Kevin Drum, Adventures in Service Land

Right.

Now there's an opportunity. A trillion dollar market, waiting for the companies that deliver...boring, old-fashioned, old-school, nothing-to-do-with-web-2.0, never-heard-of-FaceBook, never-seen-a-viral-media-I'd want, plain-vanilla, good customer service.
